Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review the policy below.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours from the date the product is delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Certain items such as personal, hygiene-related, perishable, or custom-made products may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive defective.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items on final sale or clearance
  • Personal care, hygiene, and custom-made products (unless defective)

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • A claim must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proper photos or videos must be provided for verification.
  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible.

7. Policy Updates

This Return and Refund Policy may be updated periodically. The latest version will always apply to current orders.
